Business analyst low-code development

The low-code team develops applications closely aligned with business processes and works according to SCRUM. There is a direct line of communication with users and, in addition to internal developers, we work together with an external partner. The team develops new apps and expands existing ones. To properly analyse business requirements and translate them into software requirements, we are looking for a business analyst who will form the bridge between stakeholders and the development team. You will coordinate wishes and requirements during SCRUM ceremonies and come up with creative solutions. You have experience in drawing up software requirements and apply concepts such as “specification by example” and “test-driven requirements”. You can determine the right level of detail and understand the impact of choices on development. Experience or interest in usability models is a plus. You dare to challenge stakeholders and are willing to thoroughly understand business processes.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Challenging stakeholders and thoroughly understanding business processes to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Translate the ambitions of the PAL-V organisation into IT solutions in the form of architecture, design, implementation and management processes.
- Work in an Agile team and participate in associated SCRUM ceremonies (stand-up, refinements, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospective).
Soft(ware)skills
- Knowledge of and experience with setting up CI/CD development and release pipelines.
- Demonstrate ownership of the roadmap for the further development of PAL-V's cloud environment.
- Balanced and pragmatic, which means that you strike a good balance between a quick, adequate solution and the need for a “more expensive” sustainable solution.
Your profile
- You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree in computer science or another field of study with IT interfaces or components (you have at least an HBO degree in business administration, computer science or business analytics/data science).
- You have Microsoft certifications or demonstrable equivalent training and work experience.
- You have at least 5 years of work experience.
