Cockpit overview of your role

As a Change Coordinator, you play a key role in organising and supporting change processes across our organisation in a highly regulated environment. Working within the coorporate Change Control Board (CCB), which oversees changes across both Design and Production, you ensure that all changes are handeled in line with the CM2 change methodology. You help translate regulatory requirements and structured processes into clear, workable guidance, enabling stakeholders to understand not just what we do, but why we do it this way.

You are responsible for ensuring that every change is clearly documented, well assessed, and communicated to the right stakeholders. You don't make decisions yourself; instead you enable effective decision-making by providing correct, complete, and timely information to the experts involved. By bringing structure and clarity to discussions where development, certification, and various business interests intersect, you help ensure changes are implemented smoothly, risks are minimised, and compliance is safeguarded.

This is what you'll navigate

You operate within the corporate Change Control Board (CCB), supporting impact assessments and preparing and critically reviewing change requests in a complex, regulated environment. By asking the right questions, you help stakeholders understand the implications of change and ensure input is clear and decision‑ready.

You coordinate and facilitate CCB meetings involving engineering, production, supply chain, project management, and vehicle certification. You monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure follow‑up, safeguarding transparency, traceability, and structure throughout the change process while supporting continuous improvement without being responsible for execution.

What makes you a great fit

You enjoy working in a structured role within a technical and highly regulated environment and have a genuine interest in processes and regulations. We are looking for someone with relevant work experience who can operate independently and bring structure from day one; this role is not intended for a junior profile. Experience in other complex and regulated industries, such as semiconductors, offshore, medical, or defence, is welcome.

You are comfortable working with systems and stakeholders, quickly recognise what is relevant, and enjoy helping others gain clarity in complex situations. You are proactive, well organised, adaptable, and communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
