Cockpit overview of your future employer

At PAL-V, we are building something unique: not only a fly-drive vehicle but also a broader organisation autorised to design and build flying vehicles. With the design phase nearing completion and final design reviews underway, we are shifting our focus from designing towards constructing vehicles and compliance demonstration. This transition requires a future-ready approach: a single-process, multi-site setup that ensures consistency and scalability across our operations.

Working at PAL-V means contributing to a company prepared for tomorrow, anticipating design changes, enabling customizations and continuously improving processes to meet evolving standards. Our mission calls for people who want to make real difference and take pride in building something meaningful together.

This is what you'll navigate

We are currently not hiring for specific positions, but we are always open to meeting exceptional talent who can strengthen our Design Organisation. If you have expertise in areas such as:

Office of Airworthiness: certifying highly complex and innovative products.
Configuration Management: ensuring full traceability of the entire fleet throughout its lifecycle.
Flight testing: managing intricate, safety-critical logistics to validate performance and compliance.
Change Management: corporate impact analysis and decision making using a digital thread.
Office of Continuing Airworthiness: strategically preparing for a future service branch to support operational excellence.
Compliance demonstration: tackling technical challenges with numerous interdependencies to prove conformity with regulations.
Electrical Systems (Hardware & Software): design, integration and validation of electrical systems, including the interaction between hardware and software.
Software Verification & Testing (ECU): verification, validation and testing of ECU software in a safety-critical environment, from requirements level up to system level.

… we would love to hear from you.
