Project Lead Industrialisation
The position
As Project Lead Industrialisation, you will be responsible for driving the industrialization of composite components, such as the rotorblades, currently being developed in collaboration with an external manufacturing partner. You will play a central role in ensuring these complex components transition smoothly from development into robust, scalable, and cost-efficient production processes.
This position is part of the Supply Chain department and requires close coordination with engineering, quality, internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a technically skilled professional with a strong background in automotive or aerospace, ideally combined with hands-on experience in composite manufacturing.
Your future job
Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and manage the industrialization projects for composite components, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
- Act as the primary connection between our organisation and the external supplier.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to support successful industrialization.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production readiness.
- Ensure that documentation, compliance requirements, and engineering changes are properly implemented throughout the project.
- Conduct supplier visits primarly abroad (approximately 20% of working time), ensuring, ensuring close alignment, quality control, and smooth project execution.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering).
- Proven experience in industrialisation, project management, or supplier management within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of composite materials, production technologies, and quality standards.
- Structured, result‑driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic and technically complex environment.
