Cockpit overview of your role

As Project Lead Industrialisation, you will be responsible for driving the industrialization of composite components, such as the rotorblades, currently being developed in collaboration with an external manufacturing partner. You will play a central role in ensuring these complex components transition smoothly from development into robust, scalable, and cost-efficient production processes. 

This position is part of the Supply Chain department and requires close coordination with engineering, quality, internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a technically skilled professional with a strong background in automotive or aerospace, ideally combined with hands-on experience in composite manufacturing.

This is what you'll navigate

You will lead and manage industrialisation projects for composite components, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met. Acting as the primary interface between our organization and external suppliers, you will ensure clear communication and strong collaboration. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to support successful and efficient industrialisation. Additionally, you will monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production readiness. You will ensure that all documentation, compliance requirements, and engineering changes are properly implemented throughout the project lifecycle. As part of the role, you will conduct regular supplier visits primarily abroad (approximately 20% of your working time) to maintain close alignment, oversee quality, and support smooth project execution.

What makes you a great fit

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or Materials Engineering. You bring proven experience in industrialisation, project management, or supplier management within a technical or manufacturing-driven environment. You have a strong understanding of composite materials, production technologies, and applicable quality standards. You are structured and result‑driven, with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and technically complex environment.

You'll receive a solid an competitive base package. The fulltime role is classified within a salary range of € 4.706 and € 6.377 gross per month and attractive benefits, including allowances, an 8% holiday bonus, 27 vacation days with the option to buy more, and a solid pension scheme.
