Project Lead Operations
The position
As a Project Lead Operations, you will play a role in coordinating and implementing operational projects that support PAL-V's production activities. From planning improvements to supporting manufacturing engineering efforts, you bring structure, clarity, and progress to a wide range of operational initiatives.

Your future job
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate operational projects such as:
- Creating production & master planning
- Manufacturing Engineering outsourcing initivatives.
- Operational support for the Program Manager
- Translate objectives into clear project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners.
- Monitor project progresss, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support documentation and implementation of new and existing operational processes.
- Use data to drive decisions and create operational improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation.
Your profile
- A completed HBO degree in a relevant field, such as (Technical) Business Administration, Operations Management, Work Preparation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to implement improvements.
- Experience in implementing and applying lean methods is advantageous.

- The Project Lead Operations is graded within our job and salary structure, ranging from € 4.706,- to a maximum of € 6.377,- gross per month.
- Enjoy a commuting allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to a maximum one-way distance of 75 km and receive €2.45 for a home working day;
- Benefit from a holiday bonus of 8% and receive 27 vacation days, with the option to purchase an additional 10 days for those moments when you need time for yourself;
