With the design phase nearing completion and final design reviews underway, our focus is shifting toward full-scale serial production of our revolutionary vehicle
At the heart of this transformation lies our Operations & Supply Chain domain. From planning and sourcing to manufacturing, logistics, and supplier partnerships, this domain ensures that products and services are delivered on time, at the right quality, and at optimal cost.
To make this transition a success, the various departments are working intensively are working closely together to prepare for the challenges ahead. Together, these departments are driving technical key projects such as:
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Translate our design from early try-outs to full-scale production and market launch.
- Global Operating Model: Set up the blueprint for scalable production, flight, and service locations worldwide.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, systems, and efficiency.
- Strategic sourcing: Build a reliable supplier network and establishing strong partnerships to secure quality, availability, and cost efficiency.
