
Incoming Goods Inspector & Operational Buyer
The position
As Incoming Goods Inspector & Operational Buyer, you will play a key role in both our warehouse and purchasing process. You will ensure that incoming goods are received and checked correctly, and you will be responsible for placing and following up on orders with our suppliers. In doing so, you will contribute to the quality and continuity of our supply chain and help to further professionalize our organisation. Our team consists of a diverse mix of young and experienced professionals and is growing in line with our organisation.
Your future job
Tasks and responsibilities
- Receiving deliveries and inspecting the contents, including all accompanying documentation, for damage and technical accuracy.
- Registering and following up on deviations, and ensuring that all findings are properly processed and communicated.
- Releasing goods after inspection so they are available for Production or R&D.
- Placing orders and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ranging from local partners to major OEMs.
- Working with our ERP system and contributing to further optimization.
- Supporting the optimization and professionalization of the warehouse.
- Switching between warehouse activities and purchasing tasks.

- You can switch flexibly between planned tasks and ad hoc requests.
- You are a team player and can work well with others.
Your profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- In possession of a reach truck certificate, or willing to obtain this internally.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience in purchasing and/or warehouse work is an advantage.
- NEVI 1 (or equivalent purchasing certifications) is a strong advantage.
- Technical insight and/or the ability to read technical drawings is a plus, but not a requirement.
