The position

As a Change Coordinator, you play a key role in organizing and supporting change processes across our organization. Working within our corporate Change Control Board (CCB), which oversees changes across both Design and Production, you ensure that all changes are made according to the CM2 change methodology. 


You are responsible for ensuring that every change is clearly documented, well-assessed, and communicated to the right stakeholders. You don’t make decisions yourself; instead, you enable effective decision making by providing the correct, complete, and timely information to the experts involved. By bringing structure and clarity to discussions where development, certification, and various business interests intersect, you help ensure changes are implemented smoothly and risks are minimized.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support structured impact assessments within the change management process.
  • Prepare and review change requests, asking targeted questions to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the CCB meetings to maintain structure and enable efficient decision-making.
  • Act as a central link between engineering, production, supply chain, project management, and vehicle certification.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely follow-up of ongoing change activities. 
     

Your profile

  • You have an interest in working within a technical environment; a technical background is not required.
  • You work in a structured and analytical way and can quickly identify key information.
  • You learn new systems and procedures with ease and can create structure in complex environments, including PLM systems.
  • You value accurate documentation and appreciate clear, orderly processes.
  • You communicate effectively with colleagues from different departments and switch easily between tasks.
  • You are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
