IT Workplace & Endpoint Officer
The position
PAL-V will start manufacturing our vehicles in the coming years. IT plays a key role in this: not only for a well-designed digital workplace, but also for applications on the production floor. Topics such as data warehousing, business intelligence, SIEM/SOC, role-based access control and AI are becoming increasingly important. We design and implement future-proof, scalable solutions in a challenging environment.
The IT department is a close-knit team of ambitious professionals that is rapidly evolving. We work together, brainstorm ideas and celebrate successes. The workplace and workstation management team focuses on setting up and managing cloud-based workplaces with Microsoft Intune and Chocolately. We work SCRUM-agile and provide management via a structured ITSM process. Your future job
Tasks and responsibilities
• Distributing tickets based on priority (triage).
• Day-to-day management and adjustment of the support team.
• Preparing reports (ticket types, SLAs, escalations).
• Process improvement and design of ITSM tooling (SolarWinds).
• Asset management: deployment and quality control of hardware.
• Liaising with IT colleagues, following up on outstanding tasks and escalating where necessary
Softwareskills/Technical knowledge
- Extensive Microsoft knowledge: Windows, Intune, Office365, EntraID.
- Experience with cloud-based workplaces and security.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticket management
Your profile
• You have completed MBO level 4.
• You have demonstrable experience as a helpdesk lead or as an experienced employee in a professional IT environment.
• You are proactive, take initiative and are always willing to help colleagues.
• You are skilled at process improvement and know how to set up and monitor a clear team structure.

- The IT Workplace & Endpoint Officer is graded within our job and salary structure in G8/H9, ranging from € 3.817,- to a maximum of € 5.518,- gross per month.
